In return, whenever that health professional and/or athletic care team gets a client who needs soft tissue therapy, they would refer those clients to me. It is my intention to support your care plan and to provide quality care to your patients/clients. I have experience in actively participating with health & athletic care teams I am experienced standard forms of documentation & communication practices. About me: I am living my purpose helping people & horses Heal & have better Range of Motion, I am educated in multiple modalities with over 8-years of experience giving people a better quality of life. I completed the 1,350-hr Advance Neuromuscular program at NHI where I had access to cadaver labs, I got to see how muscle, tendons, ligaments and the nervous system are connected and the impact of trauma, illness, and injury. Working with military members adjusting to prosthetics and phantom pain was a life changer. It's where I saw massage becoming my purpose. Its been 8+years since I started this journey. I have helped people of all walks of life. I look forward to getting your clients pain relief & increased range of motion! I am insured and certified #46521 since 2012.

Let’s talk about what massage actually does.

  1. Close your fist and squeeze.  You’ll notice that when you do this your fingers are locked in a position and can’t move freely.  If you were to hold it long enough you would notice that it feels like “pins and needles”.  This is because when your fist is closed tight you are lessening the blood flow to your hand.  

  2. Now open your hand and stretch it out flat in front of you.  When it is stretched out you can easily wiggle your fingers and any “pins and needles” feeling goes away as blood flow returns to normal.  


The same is true for other muscles in your body.  When they are contracted, they are like the closed fist.  They lose their flexibility and cannot get proper blood flow.  Massage seeks to relax the muscle and get it back to its original, elongated state.  Just like the outstretched hand, the relaxed muscle has proper blood flow and full flexibility

 The hard knotty areas of muscle occur when the muscle fibers and fascia bind up and stick together forming adhesions, thereby disallowing fresh oxygen-rich blood to come into that area and trapping the metabolic wastes in the tissue. The metabolic wastes burn your tissues like an acid, causing pain and inflammation. These "knots" can also lead to potential injury, especially when combined with tightened or restricted muscles. Imagine tying a knot in a rubber band and then stretching it, the knot hinders the bands ability to perform its function.

What is Fascia? Fascia is a thin casing of connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fiber and muscle in place. The tissue does more than provide internal structure; fascia has nerves that make it almost as sensitive as skin. When stressed, it tightens up.It’s designed to stretch as you move. But there are certain things that cause fascia to thicken and become sticky. When it dries up and tightens around muscles, it can limit mobility and cause painful knots to develop.

Trigger points are tender to the touch and can refer pain to distant parts of the body. 74% of trigger points are not located in the same place a person feels symptoms,  TP massage address pain patterns  focusing  on releasing muscles in a specific order..

What is Active Release? It treats your body’s soft tissue by combining manipulation and identifying, isolating, and targeting the affected area to break up scar tissue. This promotes blood flow and faster healing of injuries. ART can be used to treat problems with your::muscles, ligaments, tendons & nerves.

PNF is a stretching technique utilized to increase ROM and flexibility. . PNF involves both stretching and contracting (activation) of the muscle group being targeted in order to achieve maximum static flexibility. An example would be biceps and triceps in the arm and hamstrings and quadriceps in the leg.  PNF has shown to help athletes improve performance and make speedy gains in range of motion. Not only does it increase flexibility, but it can also improve muscular strength.

The air inside the cup creates a vacuum. This causes your skin to rise and redden as your blood vessels expand. The cup is generally left in place for up to 3-minutes Cupping invigorates local circulation of qi and blood in the area being treated, resolving swelling, pain, and tension. By drawing impurities to the surface, it removes toxins. From a Western physiology perspective, cupping loosens connective tissue or fascia and stimulated blood flow to the surface. relieving  muscle tension, promote cell repair, and aid in other regeneration.



Neck Massage


Tiffany is truly AMAZING!!! When I found her I had no function of my left arm due to an accident/surgery and a severe frozen shoulder. My physical therapy for frozen shoulder was not helping at all but instead making my shoulder worse. Tiffany worked her magic and I am a new person. I no longer have a frozen shoulder and my arm is great

Reiki Treatment


Tiffany is an intuitive massage therapist. She brings an individualized approach to her clients. During my massage Tiffany integrated lymphatic drainage, chakra balancing with Reiki and crystals, as well as Gus Sha massage. Afterwards I felt a tangible difference. I knew something powerful had shifted. I felt totally energized! My body had released toxins which left me with a renewed sense of well-being.

Shoulder Treatment

Just spent an hour with Tiffany and she may be a miracle worker. Been dealing with a bad shoulder injury and after one hour I haven’t felt this good in a month. I truly appreciate her knowledge and healing hands. Definite five star, she knows her stuff. Thank you Tiffany.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.  If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.  **NO REFUNDS GIVEN

ATHLETIC ATTIRE IS REQURIED: if you are not in athletic attire, I will not be able to work on you. 

  • Men: Athletic Shorts, or Swim Trunks

  • Women: Sports Bra & Athletic Shorts, or bathing suits.
